Trained as a Fashion Designer, a successful business woman for over two decades, as the Promoter of RaveRoyale (http://raveroyale.weebly.com/), a presentation by Anirudh Enterprises, a design driven company, based in New Delhi, India, representing high end product range to global fashion customer. It endeavors to promote indigenous arts&crafts and artisans of India.
Throughout her career, Anupma has been a key contributor to competence training and mentoring, enterprise-level planning and decision making. With a reputation for judicial use of resources and a focus on strategic solutions, Anupma has helped organizations achieve objectives that may otherwise have not been possible.

Recipient of LAASYA Award, 2012, for her relentless contribution into Women’s welfare activities. She has recently launched Project Woman for Woman. This project primarily focuses on skill and economic development of marginalized women. Woman for Woman not only endeavors to connect women across the globe but also works at grassroot levels. Woman for Woman Centres have been launched in rural areas of Haryana, Rajasthan and Delhi NCR states. This project focuses on Skill and Economic Development of survivors of Bride Trafficking, as to train them into skilled tailors with marketable skills.
She; in 2011, has been nominated on the Advisory Board of IQgains (http://www.iqgains.com), a platform, floated by Earth Infrastructures Ltd, New Delhi, (http://www.earthinfra.com/), that aims at sharing comprehensive knowledge that gives birth to revolutionary Ideas. A platform known for providing business and social opportunities to its members. Leading the mission from front to "pool wisdom and skills for collective empowerment by facilitating the association of intellectuals from various domains and thereby making "A Niche out of the Niche"; Anupma has been integrating ideas and resources in giving shape to many innovative enterprises that stand legendary in inspiring the spirit of innovative entrepreneurship.
As a Resident Consultant at SCOPE (Society for Consumer Protection & Environment), 2001-2007, Anupma was instrumental in identifying, securing commercial partner agreements and leading development in Cause-based non-profit projects in the field of Conflict Management. However, her most significant achievements have been the intervention for a self-sustaining economic activity, in the form of Vocational cum Training centres (Chhaya-The Shelter) for women in Jammu as well as spearheading a State Level Committee for organizing celebration of the first ever International Women’s Day in Jammu & Kashmir. She also was nominated one amongst the Top Ten Personalities in the state of Jammu& Kashmir, for her successful facilitation of training women into income generating activities and contribution to the State Government working closely with the Women’s Development Corporation of Jammu&Kashmir
Whilst at SCOPE, she also collaborated with the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), New Delhi, to form India’s first New Generation Co-Operative Company, PirPanjal Milk Producer’s Company Ltd (PMPC), Jammu, for development of Women’s Dairy Co-Operatives in J&K. She trained at that time over 500 farmers from over sixty villages into individual entrepreneurs and 12 managers to manage the project.
During year 1995-2000, as a Proprietor of a Film Production House-Design A, Anupma has also produced a film on the industrial growth of India for the House of Commons, London and a travel film for the Embassy of Germany. Design A also produced Travel Films for the various State Governments across India ; Uttar Pradesh, Arunachal, Char Dham to name a few.
While serving as a Director, from 1992-1996, of the India office at Lucine Almas, NY.NY., a Hi-Fashion manufacturing unit & Buying House, Anupma facilitated phénoménal rate of gross revenue and business expansion. She trained and managed over 200 labor into commercial skills.
